To feel the speed and quickness through the ankle drive to the target
To feel the proper path of the wrist and ball through separation and as the ball travels through the arm swing.
To feel the end range of motion of a pitchers max intersection.
To build the transition between the pelvis turning and the throwing arm moving into early cocking prior to the Transfer Phase.
